What are your hours?
We are open daily from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Do I need a reservation?
Reservations are highly recommended for escape rooms, parties, weekends, and
holidays. Walk-ins are welcome when availability allows.
How long should I plan to stay?
Most guests spend 1–3 hours enjoying one or more experiences.
Escape Rooms
How many people can play?
Up to 6 players.
Can two people play?
Yes. Couples and small groups are welcome.
What if we don't escape?
Your Game Master can provide hints so everyone has a great experience.
Is the room scary?
No. Our escape rooms focus on puzzles, teamwork, and adventure.
How long should I plan to stay?
Most guests spend 1–3 hours enjoying one or more experiences.
Kona Rush VR Arena
Do I need VR experience?
No. Our staff provides a complete introduction before you begin.
How many people can play together?
Up to 6 players.
Will I get motion sickness?
Most guests do not. We also offer beginner-friendly experiences.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes are recommended.

Motion Racing Simulators
Are these real racing simulators?
Yes. Our professional motion simulators move with the vehicle for an immersive racing
experience.
Can beginners play?
Absolutely. We have settings for every experience level.
Can friends race each other?
Yes! Head-to-head racing is one of our most popular attractions.
Laser Maze
How does the Laser Maze work?
Navigate through a maze of laser beams without touching them and compete for the
highest score.
How long does it last?
Choose a single run or a 15-minute session.
Parties
What is included in a birthday party?
Private attraction access, unlimited Laser Maze throughout the event, a party area,
dedicated host, and time for food and cake.
Can we bring our own food?
Yes. You're welcome to bring cake, pizza, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Can adults stay?
Absolutely.
Can additional guests be added?
Yes. Additional guest fees apply depending on the package.
Corporate Events
Do you offer team-building events?
Yes. We offer private corporate experiences with rotating attractions and friendly
competitions.
Can you accommodate large groups?
Yes. Contact us for customized packages
Memberships
How do memberships work?
Members receive included monthly experiences, discounts on additional attractions, and
one complimentary 15-minute Laser Maze session each day they visit.
Can I share my membership?
No. Memberships are non-transferable.
Do unused benefits roll over?
No. Benefits reset each monthly billing cycle.
Pricing
Do you offer Kamaʻāina discounts?
Yes. We offer 10% off Physical Escape Rooms with valid Hawaii ID.
Are bundles a better value?
Yes. Bundles combine attractions and save money compared with individual purchases.
Safety & Policies
Is equipment sanitized?
Yes. Headsets, simulators, and high-touch surfaces are cleaned between guests.
Can I wear glasses?
Yes. Most guests comfortably wear glasses with our VR headsets.
Is the facility wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Contact us with any accessibility questions before your visit.
What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations canceled at least 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled or refunded.
Under 48 hours will be refunded minus a 25% fee
What happens if we're late?
Please arrive 15 minutes early. Late arrivals may have reduced play time or require
rescheduling.
Tourists
We're visiting Kona on vacation. Should we reserve?
Yes. We recommend booking ahead, especially during holidays and cruise ship days.
Can we book multiple experiences back-to-back?
Absolutely. Our staff can help schedule a seamless visit.
